We honored existing mature trees and natural springs in our design. 

This historic property draws from it's past as a farm, school house and the former site of an early tavern and inn.  The design draws inspiration from it's past working with the existing framework of stone walls, mature trees and the natural springs present.  Interconnected quiet reflective spaces, water features  and open lawns & fields create a relaxing and pastoral experience.  ​

We designed stone stairs and stone pathways that encouraged exploration. 

We carefully blended existing natural features of the property and added stone stairs and pathways that encouraged exploration of the sprawling property.

We carefully worked with existing stone walls, helping to stabilize the stones, careful to keep the aged character of the stones intact.
